After our tour, we have free time to further explore Pompeii at our own pace, immersing ourselves in the atmosphere of this remarkable place. After a delightful lunch, we return to Naples where the remainder of the afternoon and evening are free.

The evening offers the opportunity to explore Naples's vibrant culinary scene at our leisure. With various lovely restaurants and cafes to choose from, we can savor the local flavors and experience the city's charm.

This morning, after breakfast at our hotel, we will embark on an unforgettable journey to the ancient city of Rome. Our first stop will be the Catacombs, a fascinating network of underground burial chambers that date back to the early centuries of Christianity. With a private guide leading the way, we will delve into the depths of history, exploring the intricate tunnels and learning about the lives and beliefs of the early Christians.

After emerging from the Catacombs, we will continue our walk along the Appian Way, an ancient Roman road that once connected Rome with the southern parts of Italy. As we tread upon the cobblestones, we will imagine the footsteps of Paul and countless travelers, soldiers, and merchants who have walked this path throughout the centuries. The Appian Way is adorned with impressive tombs and monuments, offering a glimpse into the grandeur of ancient Rome.

As midday approaches, we will gather for a delightful lunch at a traditional Italian restaurant.
